Notice of application for an electricity generation licence under section 6(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989

Hasland Green Limited (company registration number 08622176) whose registered office is situated at 18 Riversway Business Village, Navigation Way, Ashton-On-Ribble, Preston, United Kingdom, PR2 2YP hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority whose principal office is situated at 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU for an electricity generation licence under section 6(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989 authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
